Project Maps

Metro has provided an initial map of the Habitat Conservation Areas (HCAs) in Milwaukie that will be subject to the new Title 13 regulations. The map represents a starting point for this project. Before adopting a final version, the City will endeavor to correct obvious errors and make other adjustments where appropriate to make the new map more accurate. The new code will provide a process for individual property owners to propose changes to the adopted map, to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
