Now that the Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail Project has entered Preliminary Engineering, design decisions will begin to be made in the next several months that will go a long way in determining how MAX functions in Milwaukie. Now is the time for citizens to weigh-in with issues or concerns.

Throughout the summer and fall Milwaukie will hold monthly meetings so Milwaukie residents and businesses can have a regular and predictable way of interacting with the project. The Milwaukie Monday Meeting will enable staff to update the community about the project and will give citizens a chance to provide input on project elements and issues affecting the City of Milwaukie. TriMet staff will be on hand at the meetings to support the City and answer technical questions.

Please check this space regularly, or subscribe to receive an email update, to learn the particular items to be addressed at each meeting. Those interested are encouraged to stay for as much, or as little, of the meeting as they can.
