
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality regulates stormwater runoff from the City of Milwaukie through the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit No. 101348, issued to Clackamas County and its co-permittees.
The City of Milwaukie is among Clackamas County’s co-permittees and each one is required to submit an annual report, summarizing accomplishments and implementation of their individual Stormwater Management Plans (SWMPs). This annual report documents stormwater management activities from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. Because the permit was reissued in the middle of the reporting year, this annual report documents stormwater management efforts under Milwaukie’s 2004 MS4 permit (and 2006 SWMP) and, to the extent applicable, documents stormwater management efforts under Milwaukie’s 2012 MS4 permit (and 2012 SWMP).
The City is required to post this document for review and comment.
