The Milwaukie Police Department is proud to include Officer Scott Huteson and his canine partner "Jag" in its patrol ranks. Officer Huteson and canine "Jag" assist patrol officers during high-risk criminal apprehensions, tracking and locating of fleeing suspects, and locating articles or evidence a suspect dropped during the attempt to elude capture.
Officer Huteson and "Jag" are frequently asked to visit community events, where they present canine work demonstrations.
