Prioritize City's transportation projects as part of TSP update process

The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is the City's long-term plan for making transportation improvements. The TSP addresses multiple modes of travel:

Pedestrian, Bicycle, Public Transit, Freight, Street Network

It also identifies issues related to Neighborhood Traffic Management and Downtown Parking. By identifying and prioritizing transportation needs, the TSP guides the City's investments for improving the transportation system.

Tacoma Station Area Plan

Update 5/2/13: The 30-day notice for the June 4, 2013 City Council hearing on the TSAP has been posted. A new version of the Tacoma Station Area Plan is available for review (plan, appendices). This is the version that is being presented to the Planning Commission for a public hearing on May 14, 2013.

The Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail line and will include a station near the SE McLoughlin Blvd/Tacoma Street interchange. The Tacoma Station Area Plan is being developed by the City of Milwaukie in coordination with others to examine opportunities for redevelopment and investment in the vicinity of the new light rail station.

Fresh Look Milwaukie: Downtown Road Map

The Fresh Look Milwaukie: Downtown Road Map project will consider the vision and policies guiding development in Downtown Milwaukie to assess whether the adopted policies support the type of development and uses the community would like to see in the future.
