The 2010 Water System Master Plan - the document that establishes projects that will be the basis for future water rate discussions - will be the subject of a City Council public hearing on Mar. 6, 2012 at Milwaukie City Hall (10722 SE Main St.). The City Council meeting will begin at 7 P.M.
