Presentation Outlines Sewer Rate and Kellogg Treatment Plant Negotiations |

For a long time now the City and Clackamas County have been negotiating a new sewer rate for Milwaukie customers and discussing the future of the Kellogg Treatment Plant. The history surrounding these issues is long and complex. On Sept. 1, 2009, City staff provided Council with a status report to help explain this history, outline the City's current positions in the ongoing negotiations, and to explain the unresolved issues that still exist.
