The Union Pacific Railroad will be reconstructing three crossings in Milwaukie at different points in September, and while that work is being done the crossings will be closed and traffic will be detoured around those intersections.

The following streets will be closed on the dates the work is scheduled:

37^th Avenue (Railroad Avenue - International Way): Tues., Sept. 8^th - Thurs., Sept. 10^th

Harmony Road (International Way – Railroad Avenue): Sat., Sept. 12^th - Monday, Sept. 14^th

Harrison Street (Highway 224 – 32^nd Avenue):  Sat., Sept. 26^th - Mon., Sept. 28^th

Access will be provided to local businesses up to each railroad crossing. However, vehicles will not be able to cross the tracks during these times. Message boards will be placed one week in advance at Harmony and 37^th and two weeks in advance at Harrison Street notifying motorists of the upcoming closures.
