Approved by the Oregon State Legislature in 2007, Milwaukie Police began use of the program March 25, 2008. The photo radar van is deployed to monitor traffic in posted 20 mph school zones, constructions zones, business zones, and commuter related highways and roadways.

After reviewing your photo radar citation and making a decision on which plea you would like to enter , you may respond the following ways:

Appear before the Judge at the arraignment hearing. The date, time and location for your arraignment is shown on the bottom of the citation.

Appear at the Municipal Court office, located at City Hall, during regular business hours before your arraingment date.

Send by mail your signed no contest plea along with a check or money order for the full amount of the presumptive fine.

Pay your fine online by clicking here. Paying online will require you to enter a plea of no contest.

Plead not guilty and send by mail. You will recieve a trial notice by mail with your scheduled trial date and time to appear.
