Fine Payments
If a fine is imposed, full payment is due upon leaving the Court. The Court accepts cash, credit/debit cards, money orders and personal checks as form of payment. If you cannot pay in fulll you may be elgible to set up a payment plan. To set up a payment plan a non-refundable fee of $25 is added to your fine total. The monthly payment due is determined by the fine amount.
Please be advised: The court does not send out reminders or bills. It is the defendant's responsibility to make monthly payments on the scheduled due date. Defendants who default on their payment plan will have their drivers license processed for suspension and have a suspension fee added to their account. In order to clear the suspension the defendant will need to pay their account in full and take a clearance, given by the court, to a full-service DMV for processing.
Mailing address - The court must have an updated mailing address on file for all defendants on a payment plan. Please notify the court via phone or in writing if you move or have a change of address.
