Kids and teens: Sign-up begins on June 1!
Adults: June 1st through July 31st, library cardholders 18 and over can win prizes for reading books. No sign-up is required.
Children and teens:
Children and teens can earn prizes by keeping track of the time they read or listen to books. Anyone from birth through 12th grade can participate. Finishers win a free paperback book, a free swim session at the North Clackamas Aquatic Park, a ticket to a Trail Blazers game, and a $5.00 coupon for a ride bracelet at Oaks Amusement Park. Teens can also win gift certificates in weekly prize drawings by filling out book review slips for each book they read. Pick up a reading log starting June 1 to join the fun!

Adults:
Why let the kids have all the fun? From June 1st through July 31st, library cardholders 18 and over can win prizes for reading books. No sign-up is required. Just fill out an entry form for each book that you read and drop it in the summer reading box at the library’s reference desk to compete for the weekly prize drawing. Prizes include gift certificates for Powell’s and Wallace bookstores. You may enter a slip for every book you complete, but we’ll limit one prize per participant until the last week of the program, when all participants will compete a grand prize.
