The Poetry Series Committee and the Ledding Library of Milwaukie are delighted to announce the Fifth Season of the Milwaukie Poetry Series!
This exciting series of readings by established local poets of their own works takes place on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Pond House adjacent to the Milwaukie Ledding Library, 2215 SE Harrison, Milwaukie, OR, 97222.
This Fifth Season will begin with a reading by Jessica Lamb on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 and continue through June, 2012. Other readers in this season are Maxine Scates, Clemens Starck, Jim Shugrue, Jennifer Richter, Laura Winter, Ron Talney, David Axelrod, Donna Henderson and Noel Hanlon.
The Pond House in Milwaukie is a delightful setting and easy to reach. It is located on SE 22nd and Harrison in Milwaukie. The Pond House is 1 block east of the library.
This is an outstanding line up of local poets sharing their works and we are honored by their participation. We want to thank the City of Milwaukie for its support and all the volunteers that make it a possibility.
