How do I create an account?
1. Click Online Payments under the Eservices tab in the upper right hand corner of this page.
2. Click Utility Billing and select 'Member Registration'
3. Enter your name, the Email address you would like to use and a password. Select 'Create Member'.
4. Now go to the Email address you registered to confirm the account.
5. You may now log in with the Email address and password you provided.
How do I make an online payment?
1. After logging in, select 'Add an Account'. Next, enter your utility account number, which can be found in the upper right hand corner of your monthly statement, and the amount of your last payment. Select 'Add Account'.
2. Check the Pay box for the account(s) you want to pay, and click the Pay Selected Accounts button. Enter the amount you would like to pay on the selected account and click continue.
3. Next, enter your Credit Card Information and select save to profile if you would like the card information saved for your next visit.
4. Click continue to process your payment.
Please understand the system will remember your card information, but you will have to visit the site every month to make your payment.
