The current Street SDC Rate Study is from 2004. About half of the projects on the current list have been completed. The transportation System Plan was completed in 2007 and includes an updated Capital Projects List. Many of these projects may be eligible for SDC Funds and should be added to the list.
METRO is presently reviewing transportation SDC methodologies. The City is awaiting the results of this study (expected this Winter) prior to moving forward with this project.
