The Historic Milwaukie Neighborhood District Association (NDA) is an officially recognized NDA in the City of Milwaukie.

Concerts in Scott Park - Historic Milwaukie sponsors and organizes concerts in Scott Park throughout the summer. They are meant to promote the park, bring unity to the neighborhood, and introduce people to Ledding Library and all of its programs and services.

Gifts and assistance for needy children - For the past several years Historic Milwaukie has used a portion of their funding to buy gifts during the holidays for children and help children with emergency assistance when needed who come from low-income households at Milwaukie Elementary School. The funding is matched by school staff and teachers who volunteer to do the shopping, wrapping, and evaluation of those who are eligible.

Support of Milwaukie Daze Festival - The neighborhood supports Milwaukie's annual summertime festival once called Festival Daze or Riverfest. Their support includes financial donations as well as hundreds of hours in volunteer time.
