The City of Milwaukie has completed a project that brings sewer service to the unincorporated area to the Northeast of the City's current boundary (called the Northeast Sewer Extension project, or NESE). This is a resource for residents in the area interseted in connecting, and provides information about the construction.
For decades the City of Milwaukie and Clackamas County have planned to bring sewer service to the unincorporated parts of North Clackamas County. The City's project is complete -- the City of Milwaukie has installed sewer lines to serve about 220 properties to the northeast of the City's current boundary. Click here to see the NE Milwaukie Service Area.
This site is for residents and property owners of this area to learn more about the project, and to help them navigate the hooking up and annexation process. Annexation is required prior to connecting to the City sewer system.
