The Public Affairs Coordinator (PAC) works in the City Manager's Office and is responsible to inform the public and the media regarding City programs, plans and issues. The PAC sends out press releases and responds to inquiries from the media. The PAC creates the City's newsletter, The Pilot, which is sent to each address in the City monthly. The PAC also works with Willamette Falls TV (cable access channel 30) to ensure important City meetings are recorded and televised and important announcements are featured on the channel's bulletin board.
