Two of the five positions on Milwaukie's City Council will be contested during this November's election and citizens have between July 27, 2012 and August 28, 2012 to file for candidacy.
Both positions are for four-year terms that begin January 2013 and expire at the end of 2016.
The City Council positions coming up for election, positions 1 and 3, are held by Joe Loomis and Greg Chaimov.
