The Transportation System Plan (TSP) is the City's long-term plan for making transportation improvements. The TSP addresses multiple modes of travel:
Pedestrian, Bicycle, Public Transit, Freight, Street Network
It also identifies issues related to Neighborhood Traffic Management and Downtown Parking. By identifying and prioritizing transportation needs, the TSP guides the City's investments for improving the transportation system.
